3 Ingredient Toddler Breakfast Recipe | Eggy Banana Toast

 This three ingredient toddler breakfast recipe is delicious, healthy, easy to make, and fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Ripe Banana. I only use half for the toast and serve the other half on the side.
  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread.
  • 1 Cookie Cutter in your toddlers favorite shape!

Instructions

  • On a small plate, mash half of a banana with a fork until smooth(ish). It’s okay to leave some chunks.
  • Crack one egg on top of the mashed banana and gently whisk together until combined.
  • Coat the bread. Lay one slice of bread on the plate with the mixture and let sit for 10ish seconds. Using a fork, flip the bread over to coat the other side.
  • Heat a skillet to medium and add olive oil. Add the soaked bread to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Plating recommendations. Your eggy banana toast is ready to eat BUT I highly recommend using a fun cookie cutter shape to cut the toast for your toddler.
