1. Disney Apparel and Accessories
Get into the Disney spirit with some themed clothing and accessories. Amazon has a huge selection of Disney t-shirts, Mickey ears, and hats for better prices than you’ll find in the park (sorry Walt).

2. BubbleWand
Add a little extra magic to your day with a bubble wand! These are a HIT with kids and are pricey in the park. To create those dreamy Disney moments without breaking the bank, buy one ahead of time! We found this classic Mickey wand on Amazon and my toddler is OBSESSED. It plays music and pumps out the cutest little bubbles (oh, and it’s half the cost of buying it at the park). *Pro tip- Don’t forget to load your bubble wand with 3 AAA batteries BEFORE heading to the park.

3. Insulated Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is key, especially during those sunny Disney days. Bring a reusable water bottle to refill at the park’s many water stations. Go for bottles that are insulated and fit easily in your bag (like this one)! I have a few “Simple Modern” water bottles. They work great and are half the price of other fancy brands.

4. Comfortable Walking Shoes
Your feet will thank you! A day at Disneyland means hours of walking and standing in lines. Make sure you have a pair of comfy, supportive shoes that will keep you going all day.
My personal favorite sneakers are the On Cloud Cloudswifts, I have them in three different colors and wear them literally every day. If I don’t feel like being sporty, I’ll go for some platform converse. Love the classic look of a converse, plus the soles on the platforms are SO squishy you can last all day on your feet with no problem at all.

5. Compact Jacket
Weather can be unpredictable in Southern California, so it’s always best to LAYER. Bring a compact jacket to stay prepared for cool weather without taking up too much space in your bag.
On my last trip to Disneyland, it actually got down to the 40’s so we brought our puffer jackets. I found this adorable crop white puffer jacket on Amazon that I wore both days at Disney. It sits at the perfectly on the hips (not too cropped), had nice deep pockets, and kept me perfectly warm the whole trip.

6. Small Purse/ Backpack
You’ll need something to carry all your essentials, but you don’t want it to be too bulky. Look for a lightweight bag that’s easy to pack and comfortable to wear all day.
I have a toddler, so I always bring a belt bag or small purse and my diaper bag. I’ve been using the Freshly Picked Mini diaper bag for 2.5 years now and it’s literally PERFECT. Keep your bags neat and tidy with organizer pouches. My absolute favorite are these ALOHA Collection pouches-in size small. I use one for snacks, one for first aid supplies, and a third for diaper changing needs. Amazon has a million brands to choose from, but these are the BEST. These ALOHA pouches are the perfect size and made of the most durable and easy to clean material. Plus they come in so many cute colors and patterns!

Hand Sanitizer is a must-have for before snacks, after rides, or anytime you want to freshen up. I love the compact shape of these Touchland hand sanitizers. They fit perfectly in any small pocket and they come in so many great scents.

Stroller accessories can make your day SO much easier. Think cup holders, stroller fans, and organizers to keep everything within reach. If traveling with a toddler, I HIGHLY recommend the skateboard stroller attachment (we have the Uppababy Minu attachment but that make it for the Vista as well).

Save money and keep hunger at bay with your own snacks. Pre-packaged goodies are easy to carry and perfect for a quick bite while waiting in line. Listen, I’m not promising that I won’t get a Dole Whip while I’m there. I just like to be prepared for when hunger strikes. Cliff bars are always a good choice, and my toddler loves these tiny raisin boxes as a healthy little sweet treat.
